TDI Advanced Mixed Gas CCR Diver – rEvo
TDI Advanced Mixed Gas CCR Diver – rEvo Rebreather Training
The TDI Advanced Mixed Gas Closed Circuit Rebreather Diver Course represents the highest level of closed-circuit rebreather training within the TDI system. This advanced technical diving program prepares experienced CCR divers to conduct deep mixed-gas dives using trimix diluent gases.
This course is conducted using the rEvo Closed Circuit Rebreather, a highly respected CCR unit known for its dual scrubber design, reliability, and efficient gas management.
Advanced mixed-gas CCR diving uses helium-based breathing mixtures to reduce nitrogen narcosis and maintain clarity at greater depths. Divers will learn how to safely plan and execute deep decompression dives using advanced gas planning and disciplined team procedures.
Training emphasizes precision, dive planning, gas management, and emergency response procedures while conducting deep technical dives using the rEvo CCR system.
The TDI Advanced Mixed Gas CCR Diver course allows divers to safely conduct deep CCR dives using custom trimix diluent gases to a maximum training depth of approximately 100 m / 330 ft.

Maximum Training Depth
100 meters / 330 feet
Prerequisites
• Certified TDI Mixed Gas CCR Diver or equivalent
• Minimum 100 logged CCR dives and 100 hours on a rebreather
• Minimum 50 hours and 50 dives on the specific CCR unit used during training
These requirements ensure divers have extensive CCR experience before conducting extreme-depth technical dives.
What You Will Learn
During this course you will learn:
• Advanced trimix gas planning
• Deep CCR decompression procedures
• Equivalent narcotic depth (END) planning
• Advanced bailout and contingency planning
• Advanced rebreather system configuration
• Emergency procedures during deep CCR dives
These skills allow divers to safely conduct deep technical dives using a closed-circuit rebreather.
Certification
After successfully completing the course, students will receive the TDI Advanced Mixed Gas Closed Circuit Rebreather Diver certification for the rEvo unit.
Graduates may conduct deep CCR mixed-gas dives up to 100 m / 330 ft within the limits of their training.
